Shortcut keys not working in MS-Word on Windows 8

Since time and I am having a problem in the Microsoft  Word 2007, which is sometimes the keyboard shortcut does not work, I mean (Ctrl-Z, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V etc), I have looked very much for a solution to this problem to no avail, so I update to Microsoft Word 2010, but this did not solve the problem ... etc.
 
I finally found the solution:

The problem was: when choosing Arabic Keyboard and then open Microsoft Word (any ver.) all shortcuts (Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V, Ctrl + Shift + F, ... etc)  changed.

And when I choosing English Keyboard and then open Microsoft Word all the  shortcuts working normally and it won't changed even you change keyboard language after opening Word.

So, just be sure that the keyboard language is set to English language before launching  the Microsoft Word program.
