حل مشكلة عدم تشغيل إختصار لوحة المفاتيح مع برنامج مايكروسوفت ورد (2007-2010)

منذ زمن وأنا أواجه مشكلة في برنامج مايكروسوفت وورد 2007، وهي أن اختصار لوحة المفاتيح أحياناً لا تعمل، أعني (Ctrl-Z، على Ctrl-C، على Ctrl-V الخ)، ولقد بحثت كثيرا عن حل لهذه المشكلة ولكن دون جدوى، لذلك قمت بالتحديث إلى Microsoft Word 2010، ولكن هذا أيضاً لما يحل المشكلة ! 
 

 وأخيرا وجدت الحل:

كانت المشكلة أنه عند اختيار لوحة المفاتيح العربية ثم فتح مايكروسوفت وورد (أي الاصدار.) يتم تغيير جميع الاختصارات (Ctrl + C، على Ctrl + V،... الخ)، وبالتالي لا تعمل.
 

 وعند اختيار لوحة المفاتيح الإنجليزية ثم فتح Microsoft Word  فإن كافة الاختصارات تعمل بشكل طبيعي، ولا تتغير بعد ذلك إذا قمت بتغيير لغة لوحة المفاتيح بعد فتح Word.

لذلك، فالحل هو أنك فقط تتأكد من أن لوحة المفاتيح على وضع اللغة الإنجليزية قبل البدء في برنامج مايكروسوفت وورد.

Shortcut keys not working in MS-Word on Windows 8

Since time and I am having a problem in the Microsoft  Word 2007, which is sometimes the keyboard shortcut does not work, I mean (Ctrl-Z, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V etc), I have looked very much for a solution to this problem to no avail, so I update to Microsoft Word 2010, but this did not solve the problem ... etc.
 
I finally found the solution:

The problem was: when choosing Arabic Keyboard and then open Microsoft Word (any ver.) all shortcuts (Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V, Ctrl + Shift + F, ... etc)  changed.

And when I choosing English Keyboard and then open Microsoft Word all the  shortcuts working normally and it won't changed even you change keyboard language after opening Word.

So, just be sure that the keyboard language is set to English language before launching  the Microsoft Word program.
